At TravMemo, we’ve streamlined our payment process to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our valued customers. Kindly review the following information for a comprehensive understanding of our payment policies.


1. Time Limit for Payment

Following the initial advance payment, the final deadline for the remaining payment will be determined based on the agreement reached during your conversation with our Travel Consultant. This personalized approach ensures that you have a flexible and tailored payment schedule that aligns with your travel plans. Your booking will be securely confirmed once the payment is completed in accordance with the terms discussed or mentioned.

We offer a range of convenient payment options to suit your preferences:

·       UPI Payments

3. Secure Payment Platform

Rest assured, your payments are handled with the utmost security through our trusted partner, EaseBuzz or Razorpay. This ensures your financial information remains confidential and protected.

4. Payment Procedure

To confirm your booking, a deposit ranging from 50% to 100% of the total service cost is required. This deposit guarantees your reservation and locks in your travel plans. The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days prior to your departure from your hometown.

The advance payment amount is determined based on the nature of the services and the proximity to the service commencement date. For exceptional cases such as special train journeys, and hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons like X-Mas and New Year, full payment in advance is mandatory.

5. Ensuring a Smooth Transaction

Please make your payments promptly to avoid any last-minute complications or inconveniences. This proactive approach not only secures your booking but also contributes to a hassle-free journey.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your Holiday
• 45 days or more prior to departure date, Initial Booking Amount and additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
• Between 31–45 days: 50% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
• Less than 30 days: 100% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
*ROE (Rate of exchange): The final payment to be collected will be as per the applicable ROE with TravMemo on the day of payment.
